NEIGHBOURHOOD: SOUTH SUNNYLEA

SCOPE: The interior floor plan of a 1,200 square-foot Cape Cod-style home was entirely reimagined to improve flow and functionality while preserving its timeless charm. Despite its compact size, the home is designed to be perfect for entertaining, with a dining room that comfortably accommodates six and a living room that seats up to ten. The design approach blended classic elements with contemporary touches, creating a fresh and inviting space that honours tradition while embracing modern sensibilities.
