Preparation of full Design Packages that includes: Demo & Proposed layouts, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Electrical, Plumbing, Millwork Details, Elevation Drawings, Trim Packages, Furniture Layouts and Specification Schedules of hard finishes for a smooth and clearly communicated design.

Our Furniture Packages are thoughtfully considered from the initial design phases so that each item compliments its surroundings and sightlines. Soft Furnishings, Drapery, Area Rugs, Wallcoverings and Furniture are selected and formally presented covering every detail. Art Curation and Accessory Styling are also considered.

All of the details from design and decorating that are in queue are kept track and organized so that the project stays on track and on budget. Consistent communication and follow up is provided for status updates.
